WAITING TIME AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

Driver is waiting in the zone of arrival after the Passport Control and Customs. If the client can’t find the driver he should call to the telephone number indicated in the voucher, it is important to know the reference number of the transfer. We kindly ask you to provide us the correct mobile phone number, otherwise we will not be able to contact the client.

Extra fee will be applied in following cases :

- Waiting for more than 1 hours after flight landing;

- Waiting for more than 15 minutes at the address;

- Waiting for more than 30 minutes at train station;

- Parking at the airport more than 1 hour, train station or in the city;

- Placement baggage inside of the car;

- Help to move your baggage.

Extra fee should be paid directly to the driver
If the client doesn’t appear within the time indicated in the voucher, the driver will leave after the waiting time mentioned above and transfer will be considered fulfilled.
