With one
visit to your office, we had excellent flights, a great hotel, and an
english speaking tour. You also took time out on a Saturday to deliver
plane tickets to us even though it was your day off.
Everything you arranged for us was wonderful, from the flight to the hotel
and the bus tour we took of the city.
We were very happy with the hotel Brothers Karamazov, the staff was
friendly and spoke english, the breakfast was delicious, the rooms were
clean and comfortable and smoke-free, which is good for us.
We will always be grateful for our trip to St. Petersburg because of the
memories we take home with us, thanks to you and Nordway.
